How do I check my rewards balance?
Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above.
After locating your rewards, click View My Benefits to access your referral tools and rewards information.
How do I earn rewards?
Earn 2% back on qualifying purchases at participating Tuffy Tire & Auto Centers locations.
How much will I receive when I first join?
You'll receive at least $10 in rewards when you first join.
If your qualifying purchase earns more than $10 in rewards, you'll receive the higher amount.
How does the Oil Change Reward work?
After purchasing 4 qualifying oil changes, your next qualifying oil change is complimentary.
Complimentary diesel oil changes are limited to a maximum value of $100.
Do oil changes earn the standard 2% reward?
No. Oil changes participate in their own Oil Change Reward Program and do not earn the standard 2% rewards.
How do referrals work?
Refer a friend and you'll earn $25 after they complete their first qualifying visit.
Your friend also receives $25.
Start by looking up your rewards and selecting View My Benefits.
Can I transfer my rewards?
Yes. Rewards may be transferred to a friend or family member by contacting the shop.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
There is no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn or accumulate. Customers may generally redeem up to $50 in rewards during a single visit.
Do rewards expire?
Rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity. Each qualifying visit resets the 12-month activity period.
Are any purchases excluded from earning rewards?
Yes. The following are excluded from earning the standard 2% rewards:

Oil Changes
Towing Services
Fleet & Commercial Accounts

Oil changes still count toward the Oil Change Reward Program when eligible.
Do Fleet or Commercial Accounts participate?
No. Fleet and commercial accounts are excluded from the Loyalty Rewards Program.
How does Roadside Assistance work?
Eligible customers may use Tuffy Roadside Assistance on a reimbursement basis.
Customers simply pay for the requested roadside service and submit a claim within 60 days for reimbursement of up to $75.
Can rewards be combined with other offers?
Some offers cannot be combined. Please ask your service advisor for details before redeeming rewards together with another promotion or discount.

Yes. Customers may receive occasional text and email reminders regarding:
